For ANY flight cancellation or change in your plans affecting your reservation with us, we expect you will  contact us by PHONE to let us know.  No email or texts –  a live phone call. Please understand if we do not hear from you by phone,  we will need to charge for the ride as in many cases our drivers are on the way or waiting.   Thank you for your understanding and attention.
